1.3 Purchase Data
In-app purchases are processed by Apple/Google. We only receive:
- Subscription status (active/inactive)
- Subscription type (weekly, monthly, lifetime)
- We do NOT have access to payment data (credit card, etc.)
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve our services
- Sync your progress across devices
- Send important notifications about your account
- Aggregate analytics to improve the app
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics
- Apple StoreKit: Payment processing
- Google Play Billing: Payment processing (Android)
These services have their own privacy policies that we recommend reviewing.
3.1 AI Vision Feature (Premium)
When you use the optional AI Vision feature, the photo you capture and the question you submit are sent to our backend on Google Cloud (Firebase Cloud Functions, EU region) and forwarded to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Photos and questions are processed in memory only and are NOT stored on our servers; we keep only operational metadata (anonymous user id, model used, latency, prompt length).
AI Vision is OFF by default. Before the first use you see an in-app notice explaining that photos are sent to a third-party AI service, and you must explicitly grant camera permission. You can stop using AI Vision at any time and no further data will be sent.
Please avoid capturing faces, license plates or other personal data — the feature is intended for traffic signs, road markings and driving situations only. Data sent to Google is processed under the Google Gemini API Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
