How to get started
- Create the accountAt aula.dgtexam.es, with the driving school's email and a password of at least 8 characters. We send you a link to confirm the email.
- Register the driving schoolTrade name, CIF (tax ID), centre number at the Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, province and contact person. In the same form you accept the service and data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR); it is signed electronically. The contract is in Spanish.
- Manual verificationWe check the details, usually within 1–2 working days, and let you know by email. We do not import data from directories or third parties.
- Classes and seatsYou create the classes, buy seats under «Billing» and share each class's code or QR with your students.

The app and the dashboard are available in Spanish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Italian, Arabic and Romanian, just like the students' app.
Pricing and billing

Accounts, access and authorisation
| How to sign in | Only with email and password, each person with their own email. There is no Google or Apple sign-in: a teacher account is never mixed with a student account. |

| Owner | Registers the driving school, signs the contract, buys the seats and adds or removes teachers. |

| Closing the account | The account is deleted from the dashboard or the app. If it is the owner's account, the driving school's cancellation is also requested at the end of the paid period. |
How students join
- In the appMy DGT Test › Settings › «My driving school» › class code or QR. They need an account in the app (Apple, Google or email on iPhone; Google or email on Android).
- ConsentBefore joining they see exactly which data the driving school will see, and accept it.
- On the webFor Premium on dgtexam.es they copy the web code from «My driving school» and enter it at dgtexam.es › My profile.
Subscriptions the student pays for themselves (App Store, Google Play or dgtexam.es) remain theirs: the driving school seat neither cancels nor replaces them.
Privacy and data
- The driving school is the controller of its students' data; My DGT Test is the processor (art. 28 GDPR) under a contract with each driving school.
- Only aggregated study data and an alias are shared: never individual answers or the email; the real name only with separate consent.
- Students can leave the class at any time and their class data is deleted. The link ends automatically 90 days after passing.
- Only for students aged 14 or over. Data hosted in the EU.
Frequently asked questions
Do my students have to pay anything?
No, as long as they hold one of the driving school's seats.
Does it work with iPhone and Android students at the same time?
Yes. One class accepts students on iPhone, Android and the web, and the seat gives them Premium on all three.
Can I see each student's answers?
No. You see aggregated progress: readiness, mock exams and topics.
How long does verification take?
Usually 1–2 working days. We email the account address once the driving school is active.
Do you publish the practical exam routes?
No. The DGT does not publish the exam routes, and neither do we.
Is it related to the DGT?
No. It is a private, independent service, not affiliated with the DGT or any government body.
