Delete your account - My DGT Test

                You can delete your My DGT Test account and all associated data at any time, in the app or by email, without having the app installed.
            

1. In the app (immediate)

Open My DGT Test and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. If you signed in with Google, pick your Google account again to confirm.

2. Without the app: by email

Write to [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete My DGT Test account". We confirm the deletion within 30 days at most.

3. What is deleted

Your account: email, name and user ID.
Your exam history, statistics, saved mistakes and game progress.
Your settings and notification token.
Question reports you sent.

4. What is kept

Purchase records are handled by Google Play under its own policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Data we are legally required to keep, for the legal period.
