By downloading, installing, or using My DGT Test, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

My DGT Test is an educational app that helps you prepare for the Spanish driver's license (DGT) exam. The app includes:

• Official DGT exam tests
• Traffic signs and rules
• Personalized statistics
• Error review
• Translations into multiple languages

3. Free and Premium Features

3.1 Free Version

All users have access to:

• 2 complete practice exams per day
• Limited topic review
• Basic traffic signs

3.2 Premium Version

Premium subscribers get:

• Unlimited exams
• Complete access to all topics and rules
• Error statistics and detailed analysis
• All traffic signs
• Translations to all languages
• No ads

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

• Weekly: Automatically renews every 7 days
• Monthly: Automatically renews every 30 days
• Lifetime: One-time payment, perpetual access

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store)
• Payment will be charged when purchase is confirmed
• We do not have access to your payment data

4.3 Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Go to your Apple ID or Google account
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Find My DGT Test and cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google according to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Redistribute, copy, or modify app content
• Attempt to hack or extract code
• Share your premium account with others
• Use bots or scripts to interact with the app

6. Intellectual Property

• The app and its original content are our property
• Official DGT questions and images belong to Spain's Dirección General de Tráfico
• We are not affiliated with the DGT

7. Liability Disclaimers

• This app is a study tool and does not guarantee passing the official exam
• Questions may vary in the official exam
• We are not responsible for exam results
• Content is provided "as is" without warranties

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update prices (not affecting active subscriptions)
• Change these terms (with prior notice)

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if:

• You violate these terms
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Payment fraud is reported

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in Spanish courts.
